Profile forms

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to complete profile forms:

       Filling out the File Save form

       Filling out the File > Copy form

       Filling out the File > Move form

       Filling out the Email > Copy form

       Filling out the Email > Move form

       Filling out the Save Attachment form

       Filling out the WorkZone form

There are three additional profile-related forms:

       The List > Direct Access dialog used in locating files via Direct Access.

       The Profile Group Field Filters dialog, used in setting up notification rules and when tracking document history  (the Audit feature.).

       The Edit > Home Location form, used in changing the Home list (the list that opens automatically as Worldox starts.)
