Accessing Favorite files

Worldox Favorite files are a mixture of recently accessed documents, or files that Worldox "remembers" as being associated with particular file operations (open, save, et al.) or with different applications.  Each favorite link opens a worklist.

To see all Worldox Favorite files - regardless of category - select All Favorite Files from the List pull-down menu. That opens a worklist with all favorites.

Note:  You can also access this all-inclusive favorites worklist by clicking Favorite Files   in the toolbar, then selecting <ALL> on the List > Selected Favorite Files dialog.

To see selected favorites, by category:

1. Choose Selected Favorite Files from the List pull-down menu, or click Favorite Files in the toolbar. That opens the List > Selected Favorite Files dialog, where Worldox favorites are organized by type and source.  

2. In the List > Selected Favorite Files dialog, select one of more categories, then click Select in the toolbar. That opens the worklist of the favorites selected.
