This File Save dialog is used for profiling new files. Other Worldox profiling forms (for copy, move, and email actions) share the same layout and many of the same fields and buttons.

Note: The Description field appears near the top of this profile form. Yours may look different, as this is a preference-controlled item. If you have access to Worldox preferences, you can specify whether the Description field appears as the first field, or further down on the form.
