Here are visual keys to the toolbars used in Worldox. Click topics below for brief descriptions.

You may not see all buttons, depending on the action at hand. The bar shortens as you view a list of file versions, for example, as some of the choices seen here do not apply in that context.
Toolbars on Legal Hold, Archive and Salvage Bin lists have some, but not all, of the buttons shown above.

Unless you choose otherwise, Worldox automatically filters the worklist as each filter is set or changed on the Tags tab. In this default, activated mode, the button looks like this: Click that activated button to stop this
instant filtering. Now filtering is manual. Just set and reset
as many filters as you need, then click |
