A new My Workflows zone in
the left-side navigation pane in Worldox offers access to Workflow
functions. If that content is not yet visible, click Workflows
in the left-side pane::
Clicking either Inbox or Sent items in the My Workflows zone opens the My Workflows dialog, used to monitor active and complete workflows:
• Click the Inbox listing to see the My Workflows dialog with the Inbox Active tab open.
• Click the Sent listing to see the dialog with the Sent Active tab open.
Workflow options are found under the Workflow pull-down menu. Workflow menu choices are active only when one or more files are selected on the visible worklist:
• Click Create to open the Workflow > Create dialog, where you set up document-related workflow routes.
• Click Templates to open the Workflow > Templates dialog, used in creating and managing workflow templates.
• Click Manage to open the My Workflows dialog, where you monitor and manage workflows.
If no workflows are associated with the selected file(s) you see the Workflow > Manage message instead.
With one or more documents selected on a Worldox worklist, right-click anywhere on the list. Workflow choices are available under the Workflow choice on the top-level right-click menu:
