Overview

Several categories of text can be customized in Worldox:

       Column headers

List information, including comments and workflow notes

Message status (read, unread, secured) on email lists

Lists in dialogs (the "Listbox" category)

Status messages at the lower right of the screen

       Bookmark and menu button text

These categories are represented on the Change Font dialog, used to customize font size/color/effects in Worldox.

Right-click access

In these two cases, you can access the Change Font dialog via right-clicking:

To change the font of list comments, just right-click on any comment and select Change Font:

To change the font of items pinned to the bookmarks bar, just right-click on any pinned item and select Change Font:

Customizing fonts

Assuming you do not use a right-click option, here is the way to customize fonts:

  1. Select Appearance > Font from the Display pull-down menu. That opens the Change Font dialog.

In the Change Font dialog:

  1. Select a category for which you want to customize font size, color or effects. Double-click on the desired listing, or single-click, then click Edit. That opens the Font dialog.

  1. In the Font dialog, change font, font size, color and/or effects as needed, then click OK.

Note:   Managers at this point have an additional choice, the option to save the change for Only me or for Everyone, in the Save Font dialog.

  1. Review the color change.

Back in the Fonts dialog, the example text color changes as you just specified.

To save this change, click OK.

Or, to restore the default color setting, click the Restore button on that line.

  1. Back in the Fonts dialog, click Close to close.

Tip:  User-customized settings are marked in the Change Fonts dialog  with a small User Set icon to the left of the listing. To return a customized setting to the default font, single-click that item, then click Undo at the bottom of the dialog.
