Worklists - also called file lists - are the way Worldox presents files. Document files, whether located in specific folders, or found through searching and/or filtering, are presented in worklist form.  Worklists are tabbed (via tabs above the left-side navigation pane) for easy access.

As you work with lists, you could see different symbols appearing to the left of listings. These are security symbols, denoting item status.
