Glen Rock, NJ– August 7, 2012 – World Software Corporation® (www.worldox.com), announces today a new Legal Hold feature for Worldox GX3 Professional, the newest version of its award- winning document management system (DMS), providing the ability to store and preserve files in read-only repositories with tightly controlled access.

Customers can now easily assign appropriate rights and restrictions to stored files and create restricted- access Security Groups among their employees. Authorized users within the Groups can move files in and out of Legal Hold as needed, and each action is tracked to create an accurate audit trail showing when these events occurred.

Worldox Legal Hold Feature Highlights:

• Ability to activate or de-activate Legal Hold globally through Worldox. Once the feature is activated, Worldox users can mark groups of documents for Legal Hold so they cannot be changed or tampered with.
• Legal Hold files can be found through Worldox search capabilities, and files can be clearly marked within the Legal Hold interface.
• Audits can be conducted to show when the Legal Hold was initiated and removed by two new audit events called “Legal Hold Add” and “Legal Hold Undo.”
